California-based- NuORDER- a leading wholesale B2B e-commerce company, has reportedly announced a partnership with Black Diamond Equipment- a notable innovator in skiing, climbing, apparel, and mountain sports equipment.
Notably, starting with the Fall/Winter 2021- buying season, Black Diamond will carry out its wholesale practices through the digital buying platform.
For the record, the partnership highlights the outdoor industry’s growing shift to the digital economy, integrating both leaders in their corresponding fields. Moreover, NuORDER’s advanced platform will offer Black Diamond a digital market tool which is needed to conduct in-person and virtual sales presentation with a simplified, B2C-like convenience for its vendors.
Seemingly, the alliance will offer Black Diamond with NuORDER’s entire suite of digital tools and services, including Campaigns, EZ Orders, Excel Order Form automated creation, Quick Catalog, and whiteboarding.
In addition to the above, NuORDER will also work towards changing the way Black Diamond performs business by offering their complete network of retail buyer a better ability to connect, discover, and purchase through category and price point search functionalities, relevant product recommendations, access to virtual showrooms, and simplified order placement technology.
Jeff Pratt, Sales Manager of Black Diamond Equipment’s North American division, was reportedly quoted stating that NuORDER’s strong platform will allow buyers to plan, visualize and budget their purchases more strategically, making the process effective and easier for them to carry out the business.
As per sources, Black Diamond’s roll-out of NuORDER will complement its ability to manage its vendors, provide simplified collaboration and offer real-time insights to make business decisions. The novel technology by the California-based company applies science to the art of buying, supported by visual market tools and real-time data.
Through the partnership, Black Diamond will join a leading list of sporting goods, surf, apparel, and outdoor brands that have opted for NuORDER as their B2B platform of choice. Today, NuORDER works with the Grassroots Outdoor Alliance and its strong network of more than 100 independent retailers.
